MDO
Our standard outdoor wood sign is Medium Density Overlay (MDO) We pre-prime both sides for extra protection before painting the surface.
Thickness: 1/2" or 3/4"
Recommended Uses: long term, outdoor, single or double sided, post & panel style, flat mounted to wall.
Alupanel
This relatively new substrate classifies as a 'compound metal sign' Two pre-painted (baked enamel) sheets of .15 mm aluminum bonded to a solid polyethylene core. Lighter weight than aluminum or MDO. Can be cut or routed with ease.
Thickness: 3mm or 6mm
Recommended Uses: Indoor, outdoor, rigid use, custom cut shape, framed, post & panel style up to 3'x6', flat mount to wall.
Aluminum
One of our most common substrates. Baked enamel finish. Reflective finish available
Thickness: .040g, .063g, .080 g
Recommended Uses: outdoor, attached to pole, frame, backer or structure. directional, traffic, street & safety, advertisement
Gator/Foam Core
Foam core with a moisture resistant clay-coating. Non-Pillowing, light weight. Use gator foam for a rigid core-panel.
Thickness: 3/16" or 1/2"
Recommended Uses: Indoor, short term, displays, wall mounted displays, hanging displays, contour cut
Coroplast
Fluted Polypropylene. Rigid and light weight

Superior holding power on most metallic surfaces, Performs well in adverse weather, *Note: vehicle applications to be removed and cleaned daily
